Professional Dryer Vent Cleaning

Our professional dryer vent cleaning service fully clears your vent line from the dryer to the exterior exit, whether it routes through the side of the house or to the roof.

Our Process Includes:

Vacuuming the lint trap, rubber seals, and interior dryer cavity
Clearing debris from the back of the dryer and the floor behind it
Removing and vacuuming the flex duct or hard line connection
Multiple passes with our specialized spin brush through the full vent duct line
Final blower pass to clear any remaining lint or debris

We recommend dryer vent cleaning annually. It protects your home, reduces drying time, lowers energy use, and extends the life of your appliance.

Evaporator Coil Cleaning

Keeping your evaporator coils clean is an important part of supporting proper airflow and cooling performance. Our evaporator coil cleaning process begins with a foaming agent called Coil Brite II, which is applied to the evaporator coils to break down dust, dirt, and debris that has accumulated on the coil surface and may be restricting airflow.

The foam remains within the coil fins for approximately five to ten minutes before the coils are thoroughly rinsed with water to remove the loosened buildup. This process helps restore airflow through the evaporator coils so the system can cool the home or business more effectively. We then place two Pan Treat Algae Tablets near the evaporator coil area to help support ongoing cleanliness.

Air Duct Sanitizing

We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and fresh air duct system for your home or business. Our sanitizing process uses Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant Solution, an EPA-registered, plant-based, ready-to-use disinfectant.
