Air Duct Cleaning

Coil Cleaning

Coil cleaning is considered crucial for maintaining your HVAC system. Our Coil Cleaning process is initiated by using a foaming agent called Coil Brite II. It’s a foaming agent that is sprayed to extract and pull out all of the impurities such as mold, mildew, bacteria, dust, and debris that is obstructing the evaporator coils and not allowing the HVAC system to operate efficiently. This foam has to stay in the fins of the coils for 5-10 minutes. After that, a thorough rinsing with water to bring the aluminum fins back to life. This process allows the evaporator coils to breathe freely so that it cools the house faster. We then place two Pan Treat Algae Tablets by the evaporator coils to prevent any future growth of any bacteria from growing back inside the system and allowing the system to stay clean long term.

Sanitizing

We understand the importance of preventing bacteria and viruses being spread throughout your home. With that in mind, professional sanitizing services will reduce the chances of encountering germs and bacteria. The process is initiated by using a product called Foster 40-80. During the sanitizing process, we apply it with a fogging machine inside the entire Air Duct system, every air return, register/vent, and throughout the entire home ensuring that every area of the home is covered. This product disinfects and eliminates any present mold, mildew, bacteria, germs, dust, dirt, debris, if there’s an odor in the home and from any of these contaminants from returning for up to 3-5 years.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

We start our process with vacuuming the lint catcher inside the dryer, behind the rubber seals, and any lint or debris inside the dryer. We carefully move the dryer from the wall and vacuum any lint or debris on the back side of the dryer and any on the ground. We then remove the flex duct or hard line going from the dryer to the dryer vent duct line and vacuum inside the line. Next we use our specialized spin brush inside the dryer vent duct line, making multiple passes throughout the duct line, eliminating any lint or debris. Whether the dryer vent duct line going throughout the house is routed to the side of the house or to the roof, we take the extra step and use our spin brush on both sides to ensure the dryer vent duct line is completely eliminated of all lint and debris. After these steps, we use a blower on the dryer vent duct line to completely eliminate any remaining lint or debris. This will prevent any potential fire hazards and allow for shorter drying cycles. We recommend this be done yearly!
